Training

We’re dedicated to constant learning and invest in the professional development of all team members at every level, after all, the whole company shares in your success.

Our aim is to realise the potential in every individual so we provide the support to make sure that happens. The training provided ranges from our programme of in-house CPD seminars, delivered by industry leaders, support for Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) right through to sponsorship to study for a PhD.

That’s why we have our very own Sports and Social Team who arrange events and activities that bring the whole company together. In addition to the annual summer BBQ and Christmas party, the team has also arranged theatre trips, restaurant events and for the more active among us, activities such as go-karting, snowboarding and even bubble football! We also hold regular office charity events, so you can feel good about giving something back whilst having fun!
