Grant heads up the M&E team in our Cambridge office. He has extensive experience in all aspects of building services engineering, specialising in the electrical discipline.
He is a full member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and the Forum for the Built Environment (FBE) and plays an active role in their local activities.
Lee is a Chartered Building Surveyor and specialises in the management and delivery of new build and fit-out projects for both private and public sector clients including educational, Trusts and Charities.

Neil is an Equity Partner of the Practice and a Chartered Building Surveyor, Employer’s Agent and Project Manager.
Neil heads up our Birmingham office and works closely with all the Surveying teams, overseeing each project to ensure Client satisfaction and resolving day to day issues.
Neil is also involved with strategic advisory work for a wide variety of Clients, drawing upon the resources of all Surveying teams as appropriate, at implementation stage.
Richard is an Equity Partner and Senior Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience. Services provided by Richard’s team include Party Wall matters and Expert Witness work. In addition the team undertakes defects analysis, dilapidations advice, fire insurance valuations, planned preventative maintenance surveys, as well as running refurbishment/repair projects for a wide variety of clients and building types.
