Chris is is the Head of Health & Safety consultancy services at calfordseaden.
After starting his career with The Health and Safety Executive in 2001, Chris has worked for a number of practices at home and abroad, joining calfordseaden as Partner and Head of Health & Safety in 2019.
Chris is passionate about changing the perception of CDM and health and safety within the industry.
Richard heads up the M&E team in our Birmingham office. He has strong collective experience across building services project management, contracting and consulting engineering, working within many sectors, with a particular focus on residential, industrial and healthcare. Richard’s extensive experience allows him to engage with client teams in a non-technical way to offer flexible solutions that meet the brief and affordability requirements.
Rizwan is a highly driven environmentally conscious Architect. He has led the delivery of complex, high profile design-led commercial projects in the energy, power & process, hospitality, retail, community, mixed-use, government, residential, commercial, education and transportation sectors. In doing so, he has kept to strict timelines and budgets, and to the required high quality all the way from enquiry, inception to construction completion and handover.
Steven is a Partner and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience. He is a professional, commercial and astute manager who is by nature an integrative leader and uses persuasion coupled with fact to achieve outcomes in a client’s best interest.
