Ian is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has extensive experience of working with registered social landlords and specialises in new build housing for rent and sale.
His particular expertise is in the administration of multi-million pound developments including wheelchair, elderly and special needs units, procured on a design and build or partnering basis. .
Michael is a Partner and Chartered Project Manager at calfordseaden. Used to leading both internal and project teams, Michael has excellent project management skills which ensures that he is able to motivate teams to focus on achieving success on projects, whilst creating a collaborative environment.
Nicholas is a Chartered Building Surveyor and heads up our Hampshire office.
Nicholas’ focus is in the Project Management and Building Surveying facets of the Employer’s Agent role.
He has acquired an in depth knowledge of Homes England requirements and is innovative, proactive and tenacious in establishing best value solutions for clients.
Richard heads up the M&E team in our Birmingham office. He has strong collective experience across building services project management, contracting and consulting engineering, working within many sectors, with a particular focus on residential, industrial and healthcare. Richard’s extensive experience allows him to engage with client teams in a non-technical way to offer flexible solutions that meet the brief and affordability requirements.
