  Tim Jackson is a Partner and Chartered Building Surveyor at calfordseaden with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Tim heads up calfordseaden’s Clerk of Works service, and is responsible for identifying and managing resources for Clerk of Works commissions, overseeing and reviewing projects.

  In 2019, Tim was accepted as an Associate Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers. As an advocate for improved passive fire protection in the industry, Tim is well equipped to provide insight into the impact of current regulation and how to address fire risk on buildings. Tim is keen to share his knowledge in order to push the sector forward and regularly presents seminars focusing on Fire Safety to equip industry members with the tools to drive positive change.

  Chris is an Associate and Clerk of Works Team Leader. He has extensive experience in inspecting a range of developments and projects which utilise different construction methods including traditional build, thin joint blockwork, RC frame, steel frame, timber fame and modular construction.

  Chris is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Building and a full member of the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate.
