Jonathan is a Chartered Building Surveyor. Jonathan has experience in new build and refurbishment projects incorporating housing, education, hotels, charitable, commercial uses, stadiums and airline catering facilities. He has worked on complicated smaller scale and multi-site schemes as well as large multi phased regeneration projects.
Jeremy is an Equity Partner of the Practice and a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 28 years’ experience and provides the services of Project Manager, Client Representative and Employer’s Agent.
His ongoing relationship with numerous clients is a testimony to his ability to provide an outstanding level of service.
Michael is a Partner and Chartered Project Manager at calfordseaden. Used to leading both internal and project teams, Michael has excellent project management skills which ensures that he is able to motivate teams to focus on achieving success on projects, whilst creating a collaborative environment.
Ben is an Equity Partner and Chartered Project Manager with 20 years’ experience. Ben has worked within a wide variety of sectors which has led to a particular passion for mixed use schemes, with an emphasis on maximising cross-subsidy to generate viable development solutions.
