Terry is a Partner with over 25 years’ experience and he heads up our M & E Engineering Design and Sustainability groups. Terry has spent around 10 years in the role of Lead Designer managing engineering design teams on a wide range of residential projects.
Chris is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 8 years’ experience.
Chris acts in the capacity of Mechanical Engineer and Sustainability Advisor and provides advice on a range of passive design measures, integration of low and renewable technologies and post occupancy performance. This enables him to provide project and client specific approaches to achieving both planning reduction targets and BREEAM standards.
Chris completed a PhD with the University of Cambridge, conducting research into the Energy Performance Gap in Low Energy Housing.
