40 Broadway Topping Out Ceremony

Zoe Cutts and Alfie Hyland, Health and Safety Consultants, recently attended the topping out ceremony at 40 Broadway in Westminster!

calfordseaden is providing Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services for this new landmark office development, which will deliver over a 100,000 sq ft of Grade A sustainable office space. Our role includes attending design team meetings, reviewing and issuing the health and safety file, and compiling monthly CDM compliance reports.

The event was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the views of the St James’s Park and Westminster Abbey, celebrate the hard work of the project team so far, and look ahead to the next stages of works!
