Alison Hann at UK Construction Week 2025

Alison Hann, Associate Building Surveyor, recently featured on a panel discussion at UK Construction Week at the ExCeL Centre in London.

Alison, alongside Jennine Kirkwood and John Fisher from Communities Housing and Investment Consortium (CHIC) and Samantha Rogers from Westminster City Council, provided insight into ‘unlocking long-term opportunities in social housing maintenance and building safety’. The panel explored the benefits of CHIC’s frameworks, entry criteria, common pitfalls, and the impact of the new Procurement Act.
