Breaking Ground in Stevenage

Mark Watts recently joined representatives from Stevenage Borough Council and Morgan Sindall to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Stevenage Sports & Leisure Centre, marking a major milestone in the delivery of a flagship regeneration project in the Town.

Our team is providing NEC Project Manager, NEC Supervisor, and Quantity Surveyor services for this exciting development, which will create a modern, state-of-the-art hub for Stevenage’s sports and leisure activities. The facility will feature swimming and teaching pools, sports courts, fitness facilities, studios, soft play areas, and a café.

We look forward to working closely with the wider project team to help deliver a facility that will serve as an integral part of the community for many years to come, creating a lasting legacy for current and future generations.
