Brexit: What does it mean for construction?

Nigel Franklin, Partner at calfordseaden, recently attended the RIBAJ event ‘Brexit: What does it mean for the Construction Industry?’ Speakers at the event came from different areas of construction and generally reported little impact on their businesses since the Brexit vote, but were preparing for the tides to turn.

The panel for the debate, chaired by RSA chairman Matthew Taylor, included Nick Whitten, associate director for UK research at property consultant JLL; Mark Cleverly, head of commercial development at Arcadis; Lorraine Stout Griffith, associate director at Twelve Architects; and James Kenny, head of global affairs at Arup.

Nigel was quoted for the report on calfordseaden’s position since the Brexit vote, which you can read, as well as the report in its entirety here.
