calfordseaden has been appointed on the Westvale Park development

calfordseaden is delighted to be one of the members of the consortium working for Westvale Park development in Horley, Surrey, having been appointed by Crest Strategic Projects as adviser to the Principal Designer.

Works include the western access road, haul road, a temporary bridge and the permanent highway bridge and we are working with contractor, Breheny Civil Engineering, on this. The project enables the development of circa 1,600 new homes and associated comprehensive infrastructure.

The delivery of the western access road is almost complete and the building of new housing has begun for our clients, Fabrica by A2 Dominion and Crest Homes Southern, who are working as part of the consortium.

The project involves significant civil engineering and technical challenges, including the management of flood and surface water, with pumping stations and attenuation basins, the crossing of a river with a temporary and permanent road bridge, and numerous contractors competing for space and the battle to be the first to open their new show homes.

We are proud to be involved with such a prestigious scheme and look forward to working with the consortium and contractors to deliver this new village for Surrey.

Take a look and see the western access road during construction and the site as it opens up to provide a vast area for new homes here.
