Celebrating Angela Lemon’s New Role

After more than 40 years as an outstanding Employer’s Agent and a respected senior leader at calfordseaden, we are delighted to announce that Angela Lemon will be stepping into an exciting new role at the Practice!

In this next chapter, Angela will take on a more strategic position, supporting our continued growth and evolution. Drawing on the relationships she has built and nurtured over decades, she will focus on identifying new business opportunities and strengthening our network – particularly across southeast London, Kent, Surrey, and Sussex. Her insight, reputation, and deep understanding of our clients’ needs will continue to be invaluable.

While Angela is reducing her day‑to‑day operational responsibilities, she will remain closely involved during the pre‑contract stage of projects, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into the post‑contract phase. Her guidance and oversight will continue to support both our teams and our clients.

Angela will also continue her longstanding commitment to the sector through her active involvement in Women in Social Housing (WISH) and her dedication to mentoring the next generation of female construction professionals, having been an inspirational figure for many years.
