Celebrating Completion of the Family Welcome Centre

Associate Employer’s Agent Tommy Au joined representatives from Bugler Developments and Councillors from the London Borough of Havering at the official opening ceremony of the new Family Welcome Centre!

The development features a four-storey temporary accommodation centre comprising 74 rooms for short-term emergency housing. The facility will provide families with comfort and stability while they await longer-term accommodation.

We supported the successful delivery of the project through our Clerk of Works, Employer’s Agent and Fire Inspection services. Earlier this year, the project was successful at the CCS National Awards.

Congratulations to everyone involved, we are proud to have played a part in helping deliver these much-needed accommodation facilities for local families.
