Celebrating the Opening of Stowe Central

Jack Southgate joined residents, the team at Anchor, and members of the wider project team to celebrate the official opening of Stowe Central, a new senior living development in Swindon.

We undertook the role of Owner’s Representative for the design and construction of 84 high-quality one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each home has been designed to support comfortable, independent living, with private outdoor space. The development also includes communal areas, landscaped gardens, an activity room, buggy storage, road formation improvements, and infrastructure works. Of the 84 homes, 65 are available for social rent and 19 through Older Persons Shared Ownership.

Last year, we joined Jack and Liam Norris for the topping out ceremony and it’s incredibly rewarding to see the progress since then. Congratulations to everyone involved in delivering these safe and modern homes!
