Climate Champion of the Year

Congratulations to Dr. Terry Keech for being shortlisted as ‘Climate champion of the year.’

We wish to congratulate Dr. Terry Keech who is a finalist at the Unlock Net Zero Live Awards. With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, Terry has had a successful career as an Equity Partner at calfordseaden, growing our M&E Engineering and Sustainability teams.

He completed a Professional Doctorate in 2016. The outcome of his research is the development of installation and commissioning to assist in new low carbon housing developments. Furthermore, several of his technical papers have been published in major journals. He has also been shortlisted twice for Inside Housing’s ‘Green Social Housing Champion of the Year’ award.

As a proactive advocate for sustainability, Terry utilises his knowledge to drive positive and lasting change, specifically through delivering CPD training and contributing to industry networks.

The Unlock Net Zero Live Awards seek to celebrate and showcase the important work within the sector. The climate champion award recognises exceptional commitment to combatting climate change, with demonstrated leadership in driving forward net zero progress.

This award recognises Terry’s outstanding achievements in championing sustainability within calfordseaden and the wider industry. We wish him the best of luck at the awards ceremony, taking place at Housing 2023 in Manchester.
