Minds Matter FC Tournament

Well done to our colleagues at calfordseaden who took part in the Minds Matter FC Football Tournament 2022 and made it to the semi-final! Congratulations to this year’s winners, Martin Arnold.

This event helped to raise money for the Minds Matter FC (Formerly L&Q Living FC) football team made up of people living with a mental health condition. The money raised will help the team buy new kits and pay for travel to matches, pitch fees and equipment.

As well as enjoying a fun afternoon, this years event raised a total of £5,500 for the charity.

This year, the calfordseaden team consisted of Samuel Balogun, Fernando Sanahuja, Paul Gough, Darren Rice, Simon Lawrence, Mark Wilgoss, Steve Jones, Saheel Gohil, Oliver Tannahill, and Eddie Bellord and were refereed by West Ham United’s development teams.
