Gareth Alexander joins calfordseaden to set up a new area for the business

We would like to introduce you to calfordseaden’s new team member, Gareth Alexander, who will be leading a new group within the Practice.

Gareth and his team will be providing building surveying services for the private residential market across five key areas:

•             Due diligence

•             Property assets

•             Mergers and acquisitions

•             Refurbishments, maintenance and alterations

•             Technical assurance

The target market will be organisations that have a long-term hold in private residential property in London. These include; landed estates, institutional investors and large-scale private landlords.

Gareth Alexander has joined calfordseaden to set up this new area for the business. Gareth’s career began in Edinburgh at Faithful + Gould before moving across to their Belfast office in 2006 to lead on a large government initiative. In 2009 he made the move to London, joining Drivers Jonas/Deloitte, where he spent the last seven years.

This is an exciting new venture for calfordseaden and for Gareth, who looks forward to getting this exciting new venture underway!
