Hartopp and Lannoy Shortlisted at CE Awards

We are pleased to share that our Hartopp and Lannoy Point submission has been shortlisted in the ‘Climate Action’ category at the Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards 2025!

The Hartopp and Lannoy development comprises two residential buildings that will deliver 134 new low-energy homes, along with associated parking, bicycle storage, hard and soft landscaping, play areas, access pathways, utilities, and related infrastructure. The project is set to become the largest Passivhaus social housing development in the UK.
