Helping Deliver Sustainable Homes in Cambridge

We are pleased to be supporting Phase 2 of This Land’s Eddeva Park development in Cambridge, helping to bring 80 new sustainable homes to the area.

This phase will deliver 51 houses and 29 apartments, 40% of which will be affordable housing, with our team providing Contract Administration and Cost Consultancy services.

As Contract Administrator, our role includes overseeing contract delivery, monitoring construction progress, managing contractual processes, and working closely with This Land, Cognisant Construction, and the wider project team to support successful project outcomes.

With fantastic progress being made on site, we look forward to continuing our work to help deliver these much-needed new homes on the southern edge of Cambridge.
