Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate Conference 2024

Chris Harle and Mark Read FICWCI recently attended the annual Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate (ICWCI) Conference, AGM, and EGM in Glasgow!

We are delighted to share that Brixton Centric was the winner of the Rex Reynolds Memorial Award! The project comprises 74 new homes along with commercial and retail space. The purpose of this scheme was to redevelop civic facilities and provide residential and retail buildings in central Brixton. The project commemorates Olive Morris and Darcus Howe, two instrumental figures who campaigned for access to education, decent living conditions, and justice for black British people.
