Following the announcement of Michael Anderson as our new Managing Partner and Ben Furr as our Partnership Chair earlier this year, we are proud to share the next step in the evolution of our leadership structure. As part of our three-year strategic business plan, we have reinforced our leadership team, continuing to build on our strong foundations as we look forwards with strategic clarity and cultural continuity.

Evolving, Not Replacing

We are delighted to introduce our new Executive Leadership Team, representing both operational and technical disciplines and enhancing our continuous improvement culture.

Alongside keeping our people and clients at the forefront of everything we do, they will support our governance and continue to drive the way we collaborate, aligning strategy with delivery.

Operational Executive Leadership Team

With a focus on our people, driving innovation and strategic direction, the Operational Executive Leadership Team will play a key role in the delivery of our new and exciting three-year strategic business plan:

• Chief People Officer – Maureen O’Sullivan Day
• Chief Financial Officer – Nick Lakhani
• Chief Information Officer – Oliver Fisk

Technical Executive Leadership Team

As part of our new strategy, we have aligned our multi-disciplinary services under our three core service provision pillars of Managing, Inspecting, and Designing projects.

Our Technical Executive Leadership Team will provide coordinated, strategic delivery of our services, strengthening our technical excellence, driving quality of service, and ensuring we continue to deliver trusted expertise to our clients:

• Technical Inspection + Compliance – Tim Jackson
• Engineering + Design – Chris Neeves
