Ledbury Estate Phase One Topping Out

James Green, Andrew Burden, and Arun Kainth attended the topping out ceremony for the first phase of the Ledbury Estate regeneration scheme in Southwark!

calfordseaden is providing Employer’s Agent and BIM Consultancy services for Ledbury Estate, which will deliver 340 new homes, a new residents’ hall, a multi-use games arena, commercial space, and associated external works. Phase one will provide 80 homes across two buildings at the former Bromyard House site.

The ceremony was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the progress made so far and look ahead to the next stages of works!
