Marking the Successful Refurbishment of The Law Building

Ben Barlow and Miles Rixson recently attended the completion ceremony for The Law Building in Chelmsford.

The refurbishment transformed a locally listed heritage building into a modern, collaborative workspace, featuring a range of meeting spaces, breakout areas, hot-desking facilities, and upgraded staff amenities, while retaining its historic art deco.

We supported the successful fit-out through our Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services, responsible for procurement and tender management, contract administration, cost consultancy, change control, progress monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and final account agreement.
