New Equity Members Update

We are pleased to announce Christopher Marien and Jonathan Harris have become Equity Members at calfordseaden.

Chris is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer who joined calfordseaden as a graduate over 14 years ago. Chris has been leading the MEP engineering in London, while supporting the sustainability, lifts and BIM groups within calfordseaden. . In 2019, Chris completed a PhD with the University of Cambridge, conducting research into the Energy Performance Gap in Low Energy Housing. Chris has published industry articles as well as speaking at number of conferences on a range of topics including low carbon technologies and the energy performance gap.

I am excited to continue this focus on development, collaboration, and excellence to drive towards our future successes as a business.”

Jonathan joined calfordseaden in 2002 after graduating from university. After a three-year stint away from the practice within which he managed the construction of a hospice in Romania he returned to calfordseaden in 2007. Jonathan has developed a strong reputation as an employer’s agent, project manager and JV supervisor. In 2019 Jonathan took on our London employer’s agent team bringing rapid growth in turnover, services offered and sector experience.
