Statement from calfordseaden: COVID-19 (0.1)

12.03.2020

The wellbeing of our people and clients is of utmost importance to us, and is our main priority at calfordseaden. We have ensured that there are plans in place to help protect everyone, while continuing to provide you with the service and expertise you have come to expect.

Our Business Continuity measures include the capability for remote working so that we are well placed to continue to deliver the best possible service in the circumstances.

As a responsible Employer and Consultancy we will wherever possible encourage employees, clients and contractors to hold video conferences or conference calls in place of face to face meetings.

The situation is being carefully monitored to ensure we follow the latest Government and Public Health England guidance. You can find the latest updates here.

If our plans change in this evolving situation, we will keep you updated with further communications. We will of course contact you personally if any adjustments need to be made to timings of the delivery of any work or to any specific meetings or events that you are expecting to attend.

In the meantime, to help prevent the spread of the virus and protect everyone, we will be asking all visitors to our offices to wash their hands on arrival before going into meeting rooms.  We have provided hand sanitisers, extra wipes, tissues and paper towels and encourage their use throughout our offices.  Posters are being displayed and information leaflets distributed.

We are asking anyone who thinks they have been at risk of contracting coronavirus to call us immediately so we can advise the best course of action in the circumstances and continue to safeguard the wellbeing of our people.

To find out more about the ways we can communicate with you remotely, and if you have any further questions, please get in touch with your key contact at calfordseaden
