Plans Submitted For New Neighbourhood Regeneration in Ashford

We are pleased to share our involvement to date on the recently submitted planning application for the regeneration of the Tanyard Site on Tannery Lane in Ashford, Kent, in helping to create a welcoming, new neighbourhood for local residents.

The proposal includes the demolition works, the delivery of 160 affordable and sustainable homes, and the restoration and change of use of Grade II* Listed Whist House to office use. The proposals also include a pedestrian bridge over the River Stour, access from Tannery Lane, public open space, landscaping, and associated works.

We proudly supported the submission through our Employer’s Agent and Project Management services. With the plans now submitted, we would like to congratulate the wider team on all their hard work to date, and we look forward to sharing future updates!
