Retaining Investors in People Gold Accreditation

calfordseaden is delighted to share that we have retained the Gold accreditation from Investors in People, something only one-third of organisations that are assessed achieve. Our latest results place us in the top percentile for our sector.

This achievement reflects our continued commitment to investing in our people, maintaining a strong and supportive workplace culture, and implementing our values in our practices. The assessment highlighted a number of strengths across the Practice, including:

• A strong culture of trust and empowerment
• Clear values that are embedded across our teams
• Supportive career development pathways, including our APC programme
• A flexible working approach that meets the needs of our people

We were rated as ‘advanced’ in seven out of nine key assessment indicators, which is testament to the dedication of our teams. We will also use the insights from this assessment to help shape our strategy and further enhance our workplace over the next three years.
