RIBA Stirling Prize Awards 2023

We are immensely proud to have two of our projects win awards at the RIBA Stirling Awards 2023!

John Morden Centre, a mixed-use community building aiming to combat social isolation among older residents, is the proud winner of the RIBA Stirling Prize Awards 2023, UK’s best new building. Whilst A House for Artists, comprising 12 live work homes tackling rising housing costs, has been announced the winner of Neave Brown Award for Housing 2023.

Michael Anderson, Equity Partner at calfordseaden, attended the ceremony and had a great evening celebrating this achievement with fellow industry professionals.

We would like to congratulate everyone involved in both of the projects, these two awards are a testament to the hard work that has gone into these two amazing schemes.
