Stowe Central Topping Out

Liam Norris and Jack Southgate recently attended the topping out ceremony at Stowe Central in Swindon!

calfordseaden is acting as Owner’s Representative for the design and construction of a residential building comprising 84 new one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with communal spaces, landscaping, road formation, and infrastructure works.

This was a great opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the project team so far and look ahead to the projected completion in March 2026. We look forward to sharing more project updates in the near future.
