Welcoming Dean Martin, Head of Site Inspection Services

We are pleased to announce the addition of Dean Martin to our Clerk of Works team! Dean joins us as a Partner and will lead our Site Inspection services.

Industry Experience

Dean has over 30 years’ experience as a senior construction professional, including six years as a Board Director in the role of Construction Director. He has directed large production teams across new build and Design and Build projects, as well as complex refurbishment schemes.

Widely recognised for his hands-on, proactive, and solution-focused approach, Dean is experienced in reviewing and producing design solutions which assist in long term defect prevention.

He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Construction Quality Professionals (ACQP) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), recognising his significant industry contributions and expertise.

Role at calfordseaden and Hobbies

Dean will work closely with our esteemed Clerk of Works and Quality Technical Inspectors, providing support to help them continue to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.  His team undertake full compliance and construction checks on a wide range of projects across several sectors.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys watching competitive sport, particularly rugby, golf, and skiing – following his earlier passion of football.
