Welcoming Three New Apprentices

We are delighted to announce the arrival of Tony Stilwell, Jacob Harris, and Tom Holland, the first three members of our 2025 apprenticeship cohort! Tony and Tom join us as Apprentice Building Surveyors, whilst Jacob joins us as an Apprentice Project Manager.

Welcoming our apprentices and new entrants into the construction sector is one of my favourite times of the year, so it was great to host them at our head office, giving them the chance to meet some of their new colleagues from across the Practice. This year’s cohort will benefit from our further developed apprenticeship programme. Providing them with an enhanced structured training plan and a platform to develop in their roles as we continue building our workforce for the future.

It’s also a time to reflect on the continued improvement of our organisational development. In our recent May 2025 Investors in People Assessment, not only did we retain Gold, but we achieved our highest engagement score of 5.96 out of 6.00 from our Apprentices / Graduates, demonstrating positive engagement and recognising our clear career pathways and extensive learning and development opportunities. The mentoring, development of the apprenticeship programme, and ongoing support the L&D team provide plays a huge role in the success of the programme and building future careers.” – Michael Anderson, Partner.
