Wimbourne Street Topping Out Ceremony

James Green, Arun Kainth, and Andrew Burden recently attended the topping out ceremony at the Wimbourne Street development in Hackney!

We are providing CDM Advisor, CDM Principal Designer, Client BIM Advisor, Clerk of Works, and Employer’s Agent services for the construction of 59 new homes across two residential buildings. In addition to the homes, the project will provide a new café, commercial space, a children’s playground, car parking spaces, and extensive landscaping.

We were delighted to attend alongside the Mayor of Hackney, representatives from London Borough of Hackney, Higgins, and the wider team to celebrate and reflect on the amazing progress that has been made so far.
