Work has begun on what is to become Britain’s largest council-built bungalow development in Gillingham.
Beatty Avenue will provide 32, one and two bedroom bungalows for rent that are expected to be available from the summer of 2016. calfordseaden is providing full Employer’s Agent services on this project.
The new build development will be called ‘Centenary Gardens’ as the project was given the go ahead in 2014, 100 years after the start of the First World War.
The 32 bungalows will be affordable homes and have been designed to cater for older residents and those who are less-mobile.
