calfordseaden’s multi-disciplinary design teams have completed their first BIM Level 2, fully co-ordinated design of a 2 form entry primary school in Lewisham, South London.
Prendergast School, built by Lakehouse has opened its doors to its first two Reception classes and Year One classes. calfordseaden worked across numerous disciplines on the project and there has been lots of learning and many challenges to overcome along the way.
The £6m project has been led and coordinated by Group 4 Senior Architectural Assistant, Ben Hicks who has worked with Structures, M&E & BREEAM throughout the project. Ben and the team are planning to give a presentation about their involvement with the project early in the New year. Look out for this CPD event early in 2016.
