We provided CDM Principal Designer, Clerk of Works, Employer’s Agent, and Quantity Surveying services for the demolition of the existing buildings and the design and construction of 60 new affordable homes on Bensham Lane, Croydon.

As well as the affordable homes, the 10-storey building also features ground floor commercial space. Our pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services included cost planning, cash flow forecasting, tender management, contract administration, certification of payments, and monitoring project progress.

Sustainability was a key driver during the design and construction phases. As a result, Air Source Heat Pumps, Photovoltaic (PV) panels, cycle storage, and electric vehicle charging points have been incorporated to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable transport methods.
