Notting Hill Genesis appointed calfordseaden to provide Clerk of Works services for Brixton Centric, a seven-storey development delivering a total of 74 new homes across three blocks and commercial space. 

The homes range from one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with 44 available for private rent and 30 for affordable rent. In addition, commercial and retail space was incorporated at ground and basement levels, including a new purpose-built archive facility for the London Borough of Lambeth Archives.

Our role entailed monitoring progress, inspecting the construction works to ensure compliance, ensuring quality control in every aspect, attending monthly team meetings, and collaborating closely with the construction team.
