This project involved a fully coordinated design for the office accommodation on the first floor of Minster Court for our client. This included the development of a high quality client reception and foyer area with standalone air conditioning.
Further to the design of the office layout, the project also included the recommissioning of existing VAV air conditioning and the extension of existing water services and drainage for the allocated tea stations.
The electrical services on this project included the provision of new LED lighting and lighting controls for the general office areas, alterations and diversions to existing underfloor power and the provision of new switch panels.
Throughout the duration of this scheme we liaised with the landlords managing agents and maintenance company to ensure that the project would meet the requirements of both the client and the landlord, whilst being in keeping with existing maintenance duties.
The mechanical aspects of the project involved designing the client’s communication room, which required air conditioning and fire suppression, and involved liaising with the landlord’s consultant.
