Cambridge City Council appointed calfordseaden to provide Clerk of Works, Employer’s Agent, and Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment and extension of the Cherry Hinton Community Hub.

The refurbishment of the Library consisted of an extension to the front and rear of the building, comprising new facilities, meeting rooms, external landscaping, a new ramp at the main entrance to be Part M compliant, and air source heat pumps at the rear of the building.
