calfordseaden is appointed by City North Finsbury Park Limited, as the Employer’s Agent under an ‘open book’ Design and Build Contract. We are also providing our Client with Contract Administration services for a Development Agreement with London Underground and Agreements for Lease with various commercial occupiers.
The scheme comprises 355 residential dwellings of mixed tenure (private sale, shared ownership and affordable rent) as well as 14 commercial premises providing new leisure, retail and office spaces, a basement, a new London Underground entrance to Finsbury Park Station, improved public realm spaces and new private landscaped amenity space at podium and roof levels. There are 4 apartment blocks varying in height from 3 to 23 storeys.
The scheme will also achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 (residential) and BREEAM ‘Very Good’ (commercial).
