calfordseaden was appointed by Enfield Council to supply full Lift Consultancy works in 2021 on existing and new build properties.
The consultancy was to oversee the maintenance/repairs/call outs/thorough examinations of 118 Lifts ranging from two floors to 24 floors.
We provided an asset register together with data on the lifts and a 25-year replacement programme. This data was then transferred to a shared database giving the client clear indications of the type and age of their lifts, as well as a timeline for replacement.
This included chairing weekly and quarterly meetings with the client and the lift service company and incorporating all KPI data.
As part of the contract, we completed and issued maintenance audits monthly, provided condition reports, feasibility studies, lift replacement specifications and all required documentation.
During our consulting period there were several staff changes at Enfield. calfordseaden created strong working relationships with the clients new team members. We value our working relationships and have an excellent working partnership with our client.
