Calfordseaden provided Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent services for the demolition of the existing structures and construction of 5 new high rise blocks creating 386 mixed affordable and PRS units with a separate communal facility and landscaping.

Crown House is the development of 171 homes on an existing car park site on Linton Road. The new development, known as Building A will be spread across three cores, up to 9, 15 and 19 storey buildings. The completed development will have tenures ranging from affordable for rent to shared ownership units.

West Gascoigne Phase 1 is proposed to develop 211 homes across three blocks made up of two seven storeys and a 14-storey block and tenures ranging from affordable for rent to shared ownership units.

The existing structures are expected to be demolished as part of an enabling works package and the new build development is expected to form a separate contract.

Our Quantity Surveyor role was from RIBA Stage 3 for the PCSA, Enabling Works and Main Works contract phases of the Crown House Development.
