We provided multi-disciplinary services for this independent living complex for people aged over 55 in Chatham, comprising 41 one-bedroom and 5 two-bedroom high quality and affordable apartments.

The development focusses on sustainability and includes solar panels, electric vehicle chargers, a mobility scooter buggy store and a communal garden.

The homes prioritise comfort, security, and community, providing residents with the space and support to live independently and confidently.

In addition to providing CDM Principal Designer, Clerk of Works, and Employer’s Agent services, we also incorporated BIM to support a compliant, efficient, and successful handover in December 2025.
