calfordseaden was appointed as Architect and Lead Designer, and to provide multi-disciplinary services for the Kempsey Community Sports Centre.

The Kempsey Community Sports Centre comprises two two-storey buildings that will deliver a range of outstanding facilities on a greenfield site. These facilities include a sports hall, community halls, a café, two 11-a-side 3G astro football pitches, a skate park, a pump track, changing facilities, parking spaces, and a children’s play area.

As part of a Section 106 agreement, the design needed to sit comfortably as the centrepiece of a new large housing development.
