calfordseaden was appointed for the delivery of Client Representative and Clerk of Works services for the delivery of 230 new build affordable homes. The development consists of 214 apartments and 16 duplexes, all of which are built using traditional construction.

The 230 affordable units form part of the overall provision of 765 homes. The development includes five commercial units, one of which will be a Tesco Express, and a Nursery which will be operational by mid 2023. The scheme also features local amenities such as a café, restaurant, a local store, gym and landscaped open spaces along the river. This development will compliment the transformation of Reading as an urban hub, providing contemporary riverside apartments to residents for modern day living.
