calfordseaden was appointed to provide Clerk of Works and M&E inspection services for the construction and refurbishment of the Keynes Building, and as Clerk of Works for the roof replacement for the Wilkins Building.

The Keynes Building is a student and Fellows accommodation located in the city centre campus in Cambridge. The work involves stripping out almost all existing M&E systems and remodelling some of the rooms to full en suite rooms.

The Wilkins Building was completed in 1838 and sits within the King’s College square. Part of the development works on this Grade 1 listed building involves removing the existing tiles and replacing them with grey Welsh state.

We are proud to work with Kings College once again, and look forward to making these changes to an institution so deeply enriched in its proud history.
