We provided Clerk of Works and Employer’s Agent services for Kodak Phase One, a residential-led mixed-use project in Harrow, which is part of a wider development.

This phase of the project delivers 246 new homes across four buildings and two commercial units, with the homes available for a mixture of London Living Rent and London Affordable Rent. We were appointed post-tender to provide ongoing contract administration and quality monitoring services, including overseeing contractor performance and supporting the client with specialist advice.

Our role also involved facilitating communication between key stakeholders, advising on contractual matters, and managing project handover. We undertook a value engineering exercise and provided regular market and inflation updates to ensure cost efficiency throughout the delivery stage.
