Our Quantity Surveying team has been supporting the delivery of the new Lifstan Boys & Girls Club in Southend-on-Sea.

The project involves the demolition of the existing Boys Club building, which dates back to the 1960s and has exceeded its intended lifespan, and the construction of a new multi-purpose facility. Once complete, the hub will provide a modern, safe, and accessible space for young people, supporting the valuable youth education and community work delivered by Lifstan Boys & Girls Club, alongside enhanced boxing facilities for Southend Amateur Boxing Club.

As Quantity Surveyors throughout both the pre-contract and post-contract stages, our responsibilities include cost planning, tendering and procurement, contract preparation, payment reviews, cost reporting, and final account agreement.
