Sovereign Network Group has appointed calfordseaden to provide multi-disciplinary services for Merrick Place, a mixed use, Joint Venture (JV) development located in Southall.
The development will consist of 575 new homes across four apartment blocks, ranging in height between 14-22-storeys. Each block will also feature commercial space on the ground floors and will be linked by public realm and amenity podium spaces.
Our Employer’s Agents and Cost Consultants have been involved in this development since November 2016, supporting the project through the design process and advising on feasibility cost planning and the procurement of a JV Partnership. Working closely with the client’s legal team, we provided strategic advice on procurement options, managed the procurement process, and oversaw the administration of the Development Agreement between the Developer and Registered Provider, reflecting our extensive experience in delivering s.106 affordable housing as part of a JV scheme.
