calfordseaden provided Employer’s Agent services for Mountbatten View, a project that delivered 58 new energy-efficient homes spread across three buildings in Hemel Hempstead.  The homes include both one and two bedroom units, all available for social rent, with six of them being wheelchair accessible.

The development features communal parking, electric vehicle charging points, landscaped gardens designed to M4(2) standards, a play area, secure cycle storage, and designated refuse areas. Additionally, improvements were made to the adjacent wildlife area and woodland walk.
